Movie Review: With masterful directing and framing, Wes Anderson gives a masterpiece like no other, The Grand Budapest Hotel is a professionally hilarious and whimsically entertaining film. I could describe this film, as it being cut out from a cartoon series. This well-organized but non-traditionally compelling story is greatly accompanied with an enormous and all star cast, that has a huge range of diverse and colorful characters. Each characters has their own sweet pocket of originality and style, that makes the movie the more interesting and vibrant. Ralph Fiennes was astoundingly terrific in this film, and probably the highlight out of all the other magnificent actors and actresses, giving a surprisingly mellow and softer role as Monsieur Gustave, for his more known of playing darker and sinister characters, being mostly the antagonist in other movies. My other personal favorite performances are from Tony Revolori as the determined and trusty lobby boy, Adrien Brody as the sly and devious Dimitri, Willem Dafeo as Dimitri’s deadly sidekick, Saoirse Ronan as the sweet and helpful Agatha.  This film is endlessly witty and filled with perfect imagery, which Wes Anderson is best known for his well aligned and symmetrical visuals. The film also gives great emotional depth to the characters, making you care about their goals and purposes, adding on to the thrilling plot that gets more and more chaotic. A truly original movie with a fresh universe that was executed greatly, and has plenty of unforgettable lines and moments! ❤
